Susan is an experienced development practitioner with over 10 years experience working for both local and international non‐governmental organizations (INGO). She is currently employed by the International Youth Foundation as the Economic Strengthening Advisor for the CRS-led OVC-Pathways Program. Prior to this role she was the Southern Region Coordinator responsible for overseeing fourteen implementing partners working on youth employability and entrepreneurship programs in Bulawayo, Matabeleland North, Matabeleland South, and the Midlands provinces. Her educational qualifications include a Master’s in Business Administration degree, bachelor’s degree in Human and Social Studies with specialization in Community Development, a Post Graduate Diploma in Sustainable Economic Development, a Diploma in Education, and a Diploma in Personnel Management.
