Rhonda Greenway is the Manager, Corporate Programs for the International Youth Foundation, where she supports the creation, testing and distribution of e-learning solutions, as well as the management of the IYF learning management system and STORM, IYF’s institutional Salesforce application. She has been at IYF since 2016, where her previous position was Business Development Coordinator. Prior to joining IYF, she served as the International Language Program Manager at the Iowa International Center, where she directed Iowa’s premier interpretation and translation service. Rhonda has also worked with the World Food Prize Foundation, the Iowa High School Model United Nations program, and in various areas of Iowa government. She is a graduate of Leadership Iowa University and a 2014 New Leaders Council Des Moines Fellow, and currently serves on both the Iowa United Nations Associate Division board and the United Nations Association of the United States of America (UNA-USA) National Council. Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Communications and Global Studies from the University of Northern Iowa.
