Nestory joined IYF as Project Manager in 2018 with over nine years of experience designing, managing, and evaluating programs for civil society organizations in Tanzania. During his time on staff with the Foundation for Civil Society, he conducted organizational capacity assessments and provided training and mentorship to his grantees. He has also supervised a Youth to Youth (Y2Y) project in Tanzania focused on enhancing youth leadership skills and business opportunities, leading to increased employability of youth participants in the agriculture, business and small industries sectors. While a program manager with Molly's Network, Nestory supported non-profit organizations in Tanzania to realize their ambitions through an independent assessment process and complementary organizational strengthening model. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a specialization in Community Development from the University of Dar es Salaam.
