Nazik joined IYF in 2016 after 19 years in various national public and private sector organizations where she gained experience in large project management, strategic planning, evaluation, and team coordination. Nazik was Director of the OFPPT (the National Agency for Vocational Training and Employment Promotion), where she managed 63 Vocational Training Centers for more than 70,000 trainees, and a team of 1,200 employees. Before that, she worked for the Secretary of State in charge of Water and Environment and was responsible for partnership development and the development of bilateral and multilateral environmental and water cooperation agreements and programs. In addition, for over five years Nazik served as an advisor to the Secretary of State where she oversaw strategic plans and technical programs. Nazik holds an engineering degree from the Hassania School of Public Works in Casablanca, a Master of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris, and a Master of Arts in Water Planning and Management from Colorado State University.
