As a District Field Officer, Lynette works to build capacity within communities to strengthen households economically. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science Honours Degree in Social Anthropology from Great Zimbabwe University and is working towards her Master of Science in Development Studies at the National University of Science Technology. She has several years of experience in community development and has acquired skills in the field, particularly in her previous work with the Bethany Project. Lynette's experience spans several sectors, including child and youth programming for vulnerable young people (especially those living with HIV and other vulnerable children), psychosocial care and support, child abuse and children's rights, adolescent sexual and reproductive health, social behavior change communication, economic empowerment, career guidance, and life skill training.
