Grecia is a Program Officer in IYF's Mexico office. She joined IYF in 2011 as part of the Youth: Work México initiative as a facilitator in youth employability and later became a master facilitator. She has 10 years of experience working with young people from the social and governmental sphere. Grecia is an alumni of International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), the U.S. Department of State's premier professional exchange program, which focused on the theme of “Addressing the Needs of Underserved and At-Risk Youth." She studied administration at the Technological Institute of Chihuahua (ITCH) and worked as the Operational Deputy Director of the Chihuahuense Institute of Youth (ICHIJUV) for four years, implementing youth empowerment programs and programs aimed at preventing suicide and violence. At IYF, she coordinates activities for the Skills For Prosperity Mx program in the State of Chihuahua.
