Félix Ramírez

Félix joined IYF in 2015 and has served as Program Manager for projects related to improving employment opportunities for youth. He has substantial experience in Mexican education policy, specifically for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). In addition, Felix worked for the Ministry of Education for six years in programmatic, operational, and academic positions and roles. Previously, Félix served as Senior Advisor at the National Institute for Women where he was responsible for gender integration in the reporting and analysis of data in public policy. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration, and an Master of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Chile in Santiago, Chile.
