Edith joined IYF in 2018 as Director, U.S. Workforce Development. Prior to joining IYF, Edith served as Acting Dean and Associate Dean of Workforce Development and Lifelong Learning at the University of the District of Columbia College. In this role, she aligned programs and services with market demand, leading to better education and employment outcomes for D.C. residents. Throughout Edith’s career across private sector, not-for-profit, and higher education, she has focused on bringing together people, process, and technology to meet organizational goals. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, an MBA in Science & Technology Management from The George Washington University, and a Doctorate of Science in Information Systems and Communication from Robert Morris University.
