Alois Ntuta

As the District Field Officer in Matobo with the Pathways program, Alois focuses on building economic strength within vulnerable households by training and coaching caregivers in the tools to improve their livelihoods. He also supports adolescents through the Passport to Success program. He holds a Bachelor of Social Science Honours degree in Development Studies, as well as a Bachelor of Social Science Special Honours in Monitoring and Evaluation, both from Lupane State University in Zimbabwe. His previous experience includes working under the Zimbabwe Red Cross Society and Restless Development as a trainer of young people under the HIV/AIDS Peer Education program. Alois has also worked for Zimbabwe Open University as a part-time tutor in the Development Studies department, as well as for Sikhethimpilo (NGO) as a Field Officer overseeing the psychosocial support program for orphaned and vulnerable children.
