Susan Pezzullo

Program Director, Latin America and the Caribbean

Susan joined IYF in 1996, as Director of Technical Support for its Global Partner Network, and left 5 years later to serve as Country Director for Nicaragua for the Peace Corps. She returned to IYF in 2005, to lead IYF’s efforts to develop a monitoring and evaluation system for its largest employability program, entra21. Today, she directs that $45 million program serving over 45,000 youth in Latin America and the Caribbean and also oversees its learning and evaluation system. Prior to joining IYF, Susan worked for a variety of international organizations including USAID and the Inter-American Foundation where she was responsible for the Mexico portfolio. She holds a Masters in Public Health Planning from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and a B.A from the University of Pennsylvania. Raised in Bolivia and Guatemala, Susan has traveled and worked throughout Latin America, in Central Europe and parts of Asia and Africa.
