Lisset joined IYF in January of 2009.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland in Baltimore, where she majored in International Relations and minored in Economics and Latin American Studies.  Lisset was a recipient of the Davis Peace Grant in 2008, which allowed her to conduct research about peace studies in Bolivia.  Additionally, she was able to travel to Brazil, Mexico and Peru as part of her undergraduate program.  Lisset is originally from the Dominican Republic and is fluent in Spanish.
