The Foundation for Young Australians (FYA) is a dynamic, not-for-profit organization committed to developing innovative initiatives that support and empower the lives of young Australians, ages 12 to 25. The Foundation was formed when The Australian Youth Foundation and The Queens Trust for Young Australians merged. FYA commits over $3 million each year to youth focused initiatives that help provide young people with opportunities to reach their full potential and make a contribution to the community. Approximately 20% of FYA's total grant funding is dedicated to initiatives specifically designed to benefit young Indigenous Australians.
