Molly came to IYF in 2012 with broad experience in logistics planning and management, office administration, and budget tracking for both international and domestic projects. She began her work in international development on several temporary contracts in the Middle East at Chemonics International, and on global education and leadership projects at Meridian International Center in Washington, DC. Before returning to the international development field at IYF, Molly most recently worked in an administrative position at FaegreBD Consulting, focusing on higher education advocacy in the U.S. Molly earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University, with a minor in Spanish. She further refined her Spanish while working as a volunteer in both Ecuador and Chile, and has traveled throughout Latin America.
