Anna came to IYF in 2012 with over 5 years of relevant experience in international development and education. Most recently, Anna worked with DAI in a variety of capacities with focus on governance and stability programs. In her time at DAI she lived and worked in Afghanistan, Pakistan and the US. Prior to working at DAI, Anna served in a critical role with the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition (USGLC) that focused on fundraising, advocacy and education in an effort to strengthen US International Affairs Budget. Ms. Titulaer has lived in Afghanistan, Costa Rica, Kenya, Pakistan and US. For professional reasons, she traveled to Afghanistan, Costa Rica, Ghana, Kenya, Liberia, Mexico, Pakistan and Tanzania. Anna holds a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science from Marquette University (2007), with additional emphasis on psychology and public relations and a Masters Degree (MA) in Peace Education from the United Nations University for Peace (2012).
