Rachel joined IYF in 2012 with three years of experience working in the field, primarily in Latin America and Caribbean where she worked on vocational training and livelihoods programs focusing on young people. In addition, she has experience developing and reviewing curriculum, conducting training and organizing workshops. Prior to that, Rachel worked with the International Rescue Committee in the US. She holds a BA in International Relations from the University of California and speaks English, Spanish and Haitian Creole.
