Lindsay joined IYF in 2010 with eight years of international development experience in education and youth employment. Throughout her career, Lindsay has supported international NGOs in the design, development and implementation of youth-focused programs in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, and developed and evaluated a variety of instructional materials. Lindsay has also worked as a management consultant, providing support to nonprofit organizations and foundations in the areas of strategic planning and financial restructuring. Lindsay has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in International Affairs from the University of California, San Diego. She has lived, worked, and traveled throughout Europe, Asia and Latin America and is fluent in French and Spanish.
