Debbie has been with IYF since 2008, following 10 years of corporate sales management experience. After honing a variety of skills in the private sector, she is delighted to have made the transition into the non-profit sector and has derived much gratification from supporting IYF’s mission. She is in both administrative and human resources roles, though her primary responsibility is the coordination of all recruitment efforts for IYF’s Baltimore headquarters. Originally from Yardley, PA, she lives in Owings Mills, MD with her husband Chuck, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Ecology from the University of Maryland, College Park.
