Christina joined the International Youth Foundation in November 2000.  Since then, she has performed several functions for the organization and is currently serving as the Director of Project Operations.  In this current role, Christina  provides leadership to the project operations function within Finance, Administration and IT, ensuring the department is more effective and efficient in the support of program implementation while facilitating compliance with IYF and its donor’s requirements.  She attended the University of Maryland, studying Political Science and has conversational knowledge of Spanish and Tamil.  Christina currently serves on the Board of Directors for Christalis Incorporated, a nonprofit committed to serving underprivileged communities, in which the pilot project is an orphanage in Kasese, Uganda.
