PURPOSE
To provide operational and administrative support to the Microsoft BYB Expansion project
SUMMARY
The International Youth Foundation (IYF), a global nonprofit organization that works to improve the lives and conditions of young people worldwide, is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the expansion of an entrepreneurship curriculum and training program. The ideal candidate will have experience with youth entrepreneurship programs, event planning and general administrative support and work well in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Support the expansion of the Build Your Business (BYB) Program including:
B. Develop and maintain familiarity with all aspects of the BYB Program, including knowledge of donor and IYF procedures and policies and all technical work in-country.
C. Support the BYB Program in drafting program documentation, implementation plans, reports, and concept papers/proposals for partnership efforts as assigned.
D. Support learning, monitoring and evaluation related activities through the development of the Communities of Practice portal content, organizing Virtual TOT and other webinars, and coordinating with field staff and partners on the collection, uploading and management of program data.
E. Provide administrative support for the BYB Program, including coordinating and scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, organizing project documents/files, organizing contacts lists, background research etc.
F. Provide general support to program and perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager, Technology Partnerships.
