Request for Applications -- YouthMap Uganda

The International Youth Foundation (IYF) is piloting an internship program in Uganda through the YouthMap program, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). This pilot program aims to provide 100 graduates of higher institutions of learning (ages 23-30) with practical skills, on-the-job-experience, and placement services to facilitate their successful entry into the workforce. It also aims to create a dynamic network of young professionals who are positioned to contribute to the USAID/Uganda’s Collaboration, Learning, and Adaptation agenda.

As such, IYF invites interest from prospective sub-grantee organizations to submit a concept paper designed to implement this internship program and serve as the local Secretariat organization. The available funding is up to US$450,000 over a two-year program period.
