Maria Livanos Cattaui

Ms. Cattaui is a member of the Board of Directors of Petrolus Holdings in Switzerland. Most recently, she served as Vice Chair of the International Crisis Group (Brussels). A champion of the role of business in the global economy, Ms. Cattaui served as the Secretary General of the International Chamber of Commerce from 1996 to 2005. Prior to this position, she worked with the World Economic Forum in Geneva, Switzerland, where she became Managing Director, responsible for the Annual Meeting in Davos. She holds board and advisory board memberships on the EastWest Institute (New York), the Institute of International Education (New York), the National Bureau of Asian Research (NBR), the Schulich School of Business (York University, Toronto), and the Elliott School of International Affairs (George Washington University, Washington D.C.). She is an Honors graduate of Harvard University and holds an honorary Doctor of Laws degree from York University, Toronto.
