The Emploi-Habilité program seeks to train disadvantaged youth, ages 15 to 25, in industry-demanded technical and life skills and place them in tourism sector jobs. Building on IYF’s lessons and successes through the Education and Employment Alliance in Morocco (MEEA), the two-year program is currently implemented in the regions of Casablanca and Tetouan/Tangiers, with a particular focus on the tourism sector. Through Emploi-Habilité, youth receive a thoroughly adapted version of IYF’s Passport to Success life skills training as part of a certified technical training program. They will also be provided with internship and job placement support.
