This report is a summary of the Youth:Work Obra Learning and Launch Event held April 12-14 in Kingston, Jamaica. The results and conclusions presented here are the fruit of the excellent presentations, constructive dialogue, and innovative ideas and plans developed in small groups and plenary sessions.  The summary of these proceedings provides valuable information for building and supporting multi-sectoral partnerships.
