Responding to an ever-growing movement in the corporate world to encourage and support employee volunteer activities, the International Youth Foundation has published a report that provides examples of employee engagement programs, advice on how to make them more effective, and direct experiences of employees themselves. This publication draws many of its examples and learnings from the volunteer activities of Lucent employees, who have worked with IYF partner organizations in 14 countries to improve the lives of young people.
