• Shares administration of the boarding schools (265 for 13,400 children).

• Distribution of scholarships for middle school (2,000 scholarships of N75.00 monthly for indigenous youth who must travel to study).

• Fosters cultural programs in conjunction with the DIF (in only 10 boarding schools).
