Adam Smith (Australia)
Adam is Chief Executive Officer of Education Foundation Australia. He has led reform in the area of student wellbeing with the Victorian Department of Education and has been engaged as a consultant in more than 100 schools across Australia. Adam has worked with more than 15,000 young Australians designing programs that seek to engage, challenge and inspire young people and their communities. In 2003, he held the position of Australia’s Youth Representative to the General Assembly of the United Nations. Recognized through three nominations for Young Australian of the Year; Adam was the recipient of a 2004 Celebrating Melbourne Award, and was recognized, by ‘The Age’, as one of Australia’s 40 most influential people under 40.
